Ticonderoga Chilson/Eagle Lake Water System Project

This Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) is being issued by the TOWN OF TICONDEROGA
(“the Town”) for PLANNING AND PRELIMINARY DESIGN services for a municipal
project. The project will be funded by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation
(NYS EFC) State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program

The requested professional services are to update the Map, plan and report, and preliminary
engineering necessary for the revised scope of work for the project
