TK20 Watermark Discretionary Extension

SUNY Oswego intends to purchase a one year renewal with TK20 by Watermark under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5) (a), which is up to $125,000, for their educational assessment site license. The College has been successfully using the TK20 product in past years and plans to continue use in the coming year to support the online data management system used for our education candidates and program assessment. A sealed bid will not be held.
