St. Lawrence-Eastern Lake Ontario Watercraft Inspection Steward Program (SLELO WISP)

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is seeking proposals for the administration of the St. Lawrence-Eastern Lake Ontario Watercraft Inspection Steward Program (WISP) 

This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is reissued to obtain contractual services to provide implement a three year plan to provide a watercraft inspection steward program for the St. Lawrence River-Eastern Lake Ontario Watercraft Inspection Steward Program to conduct courtesy inspection of boats, educate the public about aquatic invasive species (AIS) and how to prevent their spread in the St. Lawrence River, Thousand Islands, and eastern Lake Ontario Region as well as inland lakes and rivers.

Proposers shall adhere to the NYS DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION GUIDELINES REGARDING PERMISSIBLE CONTACTS DURING A PROCUREMENT AND THE PROHIBITION OF INAPPROPRIATE LOBBYING INFLUENCE.
