WESTCHESTER MEDICAL CENTER MID-HUDSON REGIONAL HOSPITAL POUGHKEEPSIE, NY 4 SPELLMAN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH RENOVATIONS

Westchester Medical Center Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital Behavioral Health renovations for E.  Prospective Contractors, Subcontractors and other interested parties may obtain registered complete sets of the Bidding Documents from the architect, Amanda Brookins at ABrookins@CPLteam.com. This is the only way you will be assured of receiving all the official contract documents and addendums.

All bidders will need to send RFI’s to the architect by Friday, May 9th, 2025. RFI’s will not be accepted after this date.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the Bid, or to reject any and all Bids.

It is the Owner’s policy to encourage and support significant, meaningful participation by business enterprises owned and controlled by people of color and/or women (MBE/WBE or MWBE), and by service disabled veteran owned business enterprises (SDVOB) in contracts and projects funded by the Owner. The successful Contractor will be required to include in its Bid a detailed plan on how it would meet a 30% WMBE contracting goal and a 6% SDVOB goal for the Project. 

The successful Contractor will be required to submit a Performance and Payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price and both in a form acceptable to the Owner. A Bid Bond and Consent of surety in the form specified in the bid specifications must be executed Bidder’s surety and submitted with the bid.
