Description:

Binghamton University is looking to purchase a multi-ion species Plasma Focused Ion Beam (PFIB) ultra-high resolution Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) system, equipped with cryogenic stage and inert sample transfer system for imaging and processing air-, moisture-, and heat-sensitive samples, including polymers, Li-ion batteries, low-temperature solders, and biological materials.
