Refrigeration Units for Nutrition Department

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Rockland Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) a Contractor to supply, deliver and install eight (8) new refrigeration units to Rockland Psychiatric Center, located at 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY, 10962 - Building #57. The facility will accept equivalent make/model of the equipment, as long as the specifications remain the same. The Contractor will also be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing units. Further details can be found in the IFB document under Section 1. Scope of Work.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit scheduled for Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. EST. The Site Visit will be held at Rockland Psychiatric Center (140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY, 10962 - Building #57). In order to be eligible to bid on this IFB, a company representative must attend this Site Visit. If attending, please submit the Attachment C - Site Visit Registration Form, as per the instructions in the IFB.

Questions from potential bidders are to be submitted to the Permissible Contact listed in the IFB, no later than Thursday, April 11, 2024, by 3:00 p.m. EST. Questions will be accumulated and sent to all Site Visit attendees by Thursday, April 18, 2024, as well as posted to this ad.

The IFB document and Attachment D-1 - Bid Quote Sheet are attached to this ad. Interested bidders should check this ad periodically for updates.
