Affordable Solar and Storage Predevelopment and Technical Assistance

Description of goods to services to be bid:

PON 3414 has been revised and the changes are as follows:

1. Acceptance period changed from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2029.

2. Additional funds for Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) increased to $1,600,000.

3. Change to Section IV: Contracting, which changes the maximum contract period from eighteen to twenty-four months.

PON 3414 has been revised and the changes are as follows:

1. Addition to Section II: Program Requirements, which adds new requirements for owners and managers of community solar projects that will receive the Inclusive Community Solar Adder.
