DESIGN SERVICES FOR PERSEN HOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT

The Ulster County Department of Public Works, Buildings and Grounds Division is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms for project plan and specification development for the replacement of the existing roof system, including all or part of, if required, the wood shingle roof, window shutters, copper flashings, roofing membranes, wood gutters, copper downspouts and leaders; restoration of exterior trim, wood components, doors, and windows; re-pointing any exterior masonry mortar joints in stone and brick construction locations, including chimneys, with matching historic paint and mortar colors; and all other roof components on the historic Matthewis Persen House, 74 John Street, Kingston, New York.
