Description:

SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting bids from qualified vendors for Generator Service and Inspection Services for a term of five (5) years, beginning on 6/15/2025 through 6/14/2030.  All terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the bid documents provided to this advertisement.  Details are included in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) #25JB0416-T000890.  

An optional pre-bid walk through will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST.  Interested bidder's should meet in the Facilities conference room at 40 Sanborn Avenue.  Please RSVP to case8736@plattsburgh.edu to indicate your attendance and receive parking information. Note, RSVP is not mandatory, only requested.

 All questions are due via email on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 3:30 PM EST to case8736@plattsburgh.edu. 

Responses will be provided via in the attachments by Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
