Great Camp Santanoni Gate Lodge Bathroom

Adirondack Architectural Heritage (AARCH) is inviting bids on the referenced project.  AARCH will act as the project manager and owner of the building for this work.

There will be two prime contracts:

1. General Construction estimated at $35,000.00 to $45,000.00.

2. Plumbing/Electrical Construction estimated at $10,000.00 to $15,000.00.

 A mandatory pre-bid walk-through at the Gate Lodge is scheduled for Friday, April 4, 2025 at 1pm eastern time.

 Bids are due on Thursday, April 24 at 3pm and must be submitted by email as described in the Instructions to Bidders.

 This project is funded by the NYS DEC Environmental Protection Agency and a part of ongoing maintenance and stabilization at Santanoni Preserve Historic Area. For the purposes of this project AARCH will act as the Contracting Agency and Owner.
