Artificial Reef Construction

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to procure, prepare and deploy programmatically acceptable reef building materials on multiple permitted reef sites located in the Atlantic Ocean, Great South Bay and Long Island Sound pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6).
