NYSP is looking to make a one-time purchase for one (1) NIJ Level IV Armored Multi-Terrain Loader with trailer and attachments.

Attachments required are: Hydraulic Breaching Ram, Armored Deployment Platform, Grapple Claw, Vehicle Extraction Tool, and a FLIR Forward Looking Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera with Monitor.
