GAMING FACILITY LOCATION BOARD ADVISORY SERVICES

The New York State Gaming Commission (the “Commission”), on behalf of the New York Gaming Facility Location Board (the “Board”), issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals ) from bidders seeking the award of a Contract (or Contracts) to provide advisory services to the Board in relation to the selection of applicants to proceed for licensure consideration to develop and operate a gaming facility in New York State pursuant to Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (“Racing Law”) Article 13, Title 2-A.  The term Applicant referenced herein may include any Related Parties, as determined by the Board or Commission.
