 2025 Zero Emission Vehicle InfrastructureDescription: The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation is pleased to announce $5 million in available funding for the 2025 round of the Municipal Zero-emission Vehicle Infrastructure Grant Program. The program provides funding for municipalities to install ZEV infrastructure, including Level 2 (L2) and direct current fast charge (DCFC) electric vehicle supply equipment and equipment for dispensing hydrogen to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, using hydrogen produced through electrolysis. Funding for this grant opportunity is provided by the Environmental Protection Fund and administered pursuant to Environmental Conservation Law Article 54, Title 15 and 6 NYCRR Part 492, Climate Smart Community Projects.
