 The Owner is Chenango County and the work site is located in the Town of Preston. The project limits extend approximately 130 feet to the east and west of the existing culvert.

 The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: Removal and replacement of the existing culvert on County Road 10A and associated approach roadway work on County Road 10A including replacement of guide railing.

 This is a State Aid Project and NYSDOT Standard Specifications, officially finalized and adopted on January 1, 2024 as posted on the New York State Department of Transportation’s website must be followed by the successful bidder.
