Audit Services for the Identification, Collection, and Processing of Out-of-State Abandoned Property

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the New York State (“State” or “NYS”) Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors (“Proposers”) to provide audit services for the identification, record analysis and processing, collection, and reporting of unclaimed property due to the State and held by out-of-state entities as described in the RFP.

The Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement substantially in accord with the terms of the Draft Contract(s) posted to the OSC website should the Proposer be selected for contract award.

It is the Proposer’s responsibility to become aware of any such amendments and/or addenda prior to submission of a proposal.
