RFI 26-123 REGISTRY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM REPLACEMENT

This Request for Information (RFI) is an invitation to provide Roswell Park with information from qualified vendors for solutions that can support our registry management needs. Our current platform is highly customized and supports longitudinal research across disease-specific oncology registries. This RFI is intended to assess the market landscape and fulfill procurement obligations, recognizing that the current platform offers extensive, bespoke functionality. This inquiry will also help us understand market capabilities and refine our requirements for future procurement.

This issuance of this RFI is exploratory and does not constitute a commitment to issue a request for a future RFP/BID or award a contract, or pay any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this RFI. However, a component of learning about our appropriate solution is to understand the costs of potential components that solution would entail and Roswell Park requests all those responding to this RFI include information about such costs and the range of costs involved with the solution we seek.

 Any information received in response to this RFI will assist Roswell Park in finalizing the scope of work and requirements which may be used at a future date in the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP). Submitting a response to this RFI is not a guarantee in any way that a RFI Responder will be selected for any subsequent RFP, nor does it preclude any RFI Responder from responding to future procurement opportunities.
