CUNY Expansion space

The City University of New York is seeking to lease approximately 12,000 square feet of office space, classrooms and student amenity space in the borough of Manhattan within the geographical boundaries of E23rd Street to the south of E28th Street to the north of Madison Avenue to the west and to the east of 1st Avenue,  Kips Bay area preferred.

Landlord is responsible for the build  out of space with Landlord contribution.  Direct lease only, subleases will not be considered . Proposals must include a complete description of the site and proposed rental terms.  Landlords must be capable of providing the aforementioned space requirements in accordance with all applicable laws and the New York State contracting procedures.
