Second Periodic Recruitment to Solicitation 22802 Information Technology Umbrella Contract Manufacturer Based (Statewide)

This Second Periodic Recruitment to Solicitation 22802 Information Technology Umbrella Contract Manufacturer Based (Statewide) is issued by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS), New York State Procurement agency authorized by law to issue Centralized Contracts for use by NYS Agencies and other Authorized Users.

This Second Periodic Recruitment Solicitation will establish additional Centralized Contracts with Vendors to provide Information Technology Umbrella Contract Manufacturer Based Services to NYS Authorized Users on a statewide basis.  New York State Procurement had previously developed a new contracting model for Information Technology (IT) procurement which is referenced herein as the “Umbrella Contract.”  The Umbrella Contract has enabled Authorized Users to procure from specific Lots for Software, Hardware, Cloud, and Implementation services.  Additional OGS Centralized contracts will be established with vendors meeting specific requirements detailed in this Solicitation.

• Virtual Reality (VR) Hardware
• Technology Accessory Equipment
• Scanners: document / thermal / Lidar / 3D Laser / photogrammetry
• Audio Visual Equipment including Cameras, Production and Lighting, Signal Management, Routing and Switching, Mounts and Rigging, AV Furniture, Mobile Presentation Carts / Portable AV Systems
• Electronic Whiteboards / Interactive Display Panels / Other Display Panels
• Audio / Video Conferencing Hardware
• Mailing Machine Equipment
• Educational Technology and Occupational Training Equipment and Solutions for the following fields: Robotics and Automation, Computer Aided Drafting, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Aerodynamics, Electronics, HVAC, Automotive Technology, and Communications
• Enterprise Uninterruptable Power Supplies including switch gear and generation systems
• Copper and Fiber Cabling for Telecommunications and Data Communications Systems
• Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery as a service (BC-DRaaS)
• Storage as a service (STaaS)
• Managed Security Services as a service (MSSaaS)
• Data Center as a service (DCaaS)
• Physical Security Services with a Cloud component or monitor
• Any other Software, Hardware, Cloud Products meeting the scope of the Contract
