The City of Ogdensburg seeks qualified firms to provide on-call parcel clean-up services in support of the Division of Code Enforcement. This program ensures that when property owners fail to comply with a Notice of Violation or Order to Remedy, the City can act swiftly to restore the property and maintain neighborhood safety and appearance.
