Gasoline and E-85

Description:

The purpose of this Solicitation and any resultant contract(s) is to provide Authorized Users (State and Non-State Agencies) with a means to procure gasoline and E-85 fuel by bulk delivery. The product shall be Contractor furnished, delivered, and unloaded.

It is the State’s intent to award contracts by county based on lowest price to responsive and responsible Bidders who can meet the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. Detailed information on the procurement process is set forth in the Method of Award section of the bid solicitation.

There are no MWBE goals for this Solicitation.
There are no SDVOB goals for this Solicitation.
