This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New York, Empire State University (herein after referred to as “SUNY Empire”) to solicit a Bidder who has the capability to provide software to improve the transcript review process for transfer students applying to SUNY Empire. The software is to provide essential data for decision making in the transfer credit evaluation process by assisting with transcript reviews.
