Description:

SUNY Cortland is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide a comprehensive commencement management software that allows for the management of degree conferral and Commencement Ceremony attendees. The integrated solution should provide services from the point of application to the ceremony, allowing for a common collection and repository of student data for use by all campus stakeholders.
