2025-2030 Campus Snow/Slush Removal and Ice Control Services in Rockland County IFB HV 050125

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Hudson Valley DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform snow/slush removal and ice control services at OPWDD Thiells Campus in Rockland County. The Scope of Work includes but not limited to, on-call and 24/7 emergency snow and slush removal and ice control services. Snow and slush removal shall automatically commence at the accumulation of 2.5 inches at the contracted site.

Mandatory Site Visit- All potential Bidders MUST attend ONE of the scheduled Mandatory Site Visits if they wish to submit a bid. Please see details in the IFB.

Experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. All bidders should submit at least three (3) work references that will verify that the bidder or its principals have at least two (2) years of relevant experience to complete the work as listed in Qualifications & Scope of Work in the IFB.

Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractor, who attended the Mandatory Site Visit, that will provide the lowest Total Annual Seasonal Price for Thiells Campus Snow/Slush Removal and Ice Control services.

Prevailing Wage will apply.
