Monochloramine Cold Water Services

SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to contract for Monochloramine Cold Water Services.

Complete requirements and specifications are described in the Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) S-1482, Monochloramine Cold Water Services, which is available on Upstate’s website: http://www.upstate.edu/finance/publicbid/ and by clicking on Public Bids.

The vendor must be able to meet all Mandatory Qualifications listed within the IFB and attend a mandatory walk through on June 18, 2025.  Vendors must also review, understand, and accept all the terms and conditions in the IFB. 

In accordance with New York State (“NYS”) Lobbying Law §139 requirements, effective immediately, his procurement is in a “Restricted Procurement Period.”  This restricted period will be in effect until an award for this product and/or service has been fully executed.  As this procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, also referred to as the Lobbying Law, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contacts for this procurement are the individual(s) listed in this advertisement and in the IFB document.  Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from doing business with other NYS agencies.  Please refer to the OGS website at https://ogs.ny.gov/acpl for more information about the Lobbying Law.

Successful Bidder shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and New York State’s  Tax Law Section 5-a.
