APPLICATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL CARE SERVICES (PCS) TO MEDICAL ASSISTANCE CLIENTS

 The Rockland County Department of Social Services (DSS) is accepting applications from public, not-for-profit, or proprietary agencies wishing to provide Personal Care Services and incidental household tasks to recipients of Medical Assistance in Rockland County for the period January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2030. An applicant may be an individual, a licensed home care services agency, a certified home health agency or any other entity that is legally qualified under New York State law to enter into a contractual relationship with a social services district to provide Personal Care Services to Medical Assistance clients. DSS is the lead agency on this type of procurement. In accordance with Rockland County Procurement Policy 140-3.3 contracting professional services with pre-determined rates, this procurement is exempt from the competitive bidding process.
