Naturalist Intern Program - Friends of Rogers Environmental Education Center

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to purchase services to manage an environmental education internship program including payroll expenses, administration fee, weekly stipend, and education materials and supplies, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
