Photo Speed Violation Monitoring System

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston requests proposals to establish the City’s Photo Speed Violation Monitoring System (PSVMS) to install and monitor automated photo enforcement in three (3) pre-determined school zones. The City will work with the selected vendor partner to develop, install, and implement the PSVMS.

Responses are due and must be received no later than Friday, April 4, 2025 4:00 p.m. local time (EDT). Late responses WILL NOT be accepted after the due date and time. All responders are required to submit one hardcopy, and one pdf electronic copy (CD or thumb drive) of their response to:
