Bulk Oxygen and Cylinders

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University (SUNY-DHSU) intends to procure Bulk Oxygen and Cylinders from Linde Gas & Equipment, Inc.  using Consortia Northwell Contract No. GPOCM-732 pursuant to its authority under New York State Finance Law, Section 163(3)(vi) which authorizes the use of a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price.
