On-Call Paper Document Recovery Services

The purpose of this RFP is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity to establish a contract for On Call Paper Document Recovery Services for documents damaged by water or fire etc.. This RFP is to be made available to any County of Rockland agency or Political Subdivision that has need of them.  Document Inventory information is provided for the County of Rockland Archives, which has a large concentration of documents in one location. This information is provided as an example of volume that might be affected but is not intended to set out all holdings of the County of Rockland. It is anticipated that this RFP may result in a contract award to a single contractor.
