Restricted Sale of Confiscated Alcohol Products

Description:

The Department of Taxation and Finance has scheduled a sale of confiscated alcohol products.

Auction information, bid documents and product information can be found on the Department’s website at: https://www.tax.ny.gov/about/procure/. Documents will be posted to the Department's website by 12 PM EST on April 1, 2025.

If you are interested in submitting a bid, please complete and return the Bidder’s Declaration section of Form MT-80 and Form MT-80.2 located on the Department’s website. Each offer must be accompanied by a certified check, money order or bank cashier’s check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. All bid documents must be received by April 30th, 2025, by 2:00 pm. Bids can NOT be submitted electronically.

Please be reminded that interested bidders must possess a current valid liquor license and successful bidders have 20 business days to retrieve product lots awarded.
