Reverse Auction - Sale of Ninety-Three (93) Surplus Printer Toners

The City University of New York (“CUNY”) on behalf of The College of Staten Island (“College”) is requesting sealed bids in response to this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) for the sale of Ninety-Three (93) unopened printer toners (multiple brands), which is described in greater detail under Appendix 1 of the attached IFB Package. 

Respondents are advised to review the IFB Package carefully and to be advised of the following Key Dates and Times: 

1. Equipment Inspection: Bidders are invited to inspect the Equipment for sale under this IFB on October 15, 2025 at 12 PM at the College of Staten Island, 2800 Victory Boulevard, Building 3A, Room 102, Staten Island NY 10314. All Bidders must RSVP by 2 PM on October 14, 2025, the day preceding the Inspection, to the Designated Contact. 
2. Questions & Answers Deadline: The College will accept questions in connection with solicitation through October 20, 2025 at 4 PM.  All questions must be submitted in writing, and all communications must be through the Designated Contact for this IFB. 
3. Bid Submission Due Date: All Bids must be received in a sealed envelope on or before November 12, 2025 at 4 PM to The College of Staten Island, 2800 Victory Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10314, ATTN: Mark Zilberg, Finance Procurement Agent.
