*All Prospective Bidders are advised that there was a rendering error in the PDF for Addendum No. 1 that resulted in multiple duplicate copies of the Amended Price Schedule pages being included in the file. For avoidance of doubt, there are three (3) pages in total on Amended Price Schedule included in Addendum No. 1. A corrected file entitled 'Addendum No. 1, March 19, 2025' has been uploaded.*

Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) and/or 17-B (SDVOB) of the New York State Executive Law. As such, CUNY has not established subcontracting goals for this procurement. NYS-certified MWBEs and SDVOBs are strongly encouraged to respond to this solicitation. For avoidance of doubt, Prospective bidders are advised that this opportunity is limited to New York State-certified MWBE and SDVOB vendors, with copies of active certification in place from the Empire State Development Corporation and/or NYS Office of General Services, respectively, required for bid evaluation. Certifications from other accrediting bodies will not meet this requirement, and cannot be accepted.

A mandatory site tour has been scheduled for March 6, 2025 at 9 AM, which will commence at Building 1M. Attendees must RSVP to Marino.Pawlowski@csi.cuny.edu by no later than 12 PM on March 5, 2025 - the day preceding the conference.

Bidders are further advised to read all sections of this IFB document carefully, with emphasis on all terms and conditions. By tendering a response to this solicitation, each bidder agrees that it accepts all terms and conditions in the package without exception. If a vendor requires clarification on, or seeks to propose an exception to, any of the terms and conditions contained in the solicitation package, all such requests must be made in writing prior to the Questions Deadlines listed above. Proposed exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and determinations will be published in a subsequent addendum. Bidders are not to rely upon an exception agreed to for a prior contract award to govern the terms of this solicitation – all proposed exceptions must be introduced and incorporated via addendum issued specifically for this solicitation. A bidder who submits exceptions to the solicitation after the Q&A Period may result in the bidder's submittal being deemed non-responsive by the College.
