AI-Driven Network Threat Detection and Autonomous Response Solution

Procurement Description

We are seeking a next-generation cybersecurity solution that delivers autonomous threat detection and response capabilities across our enterprise network. The solution must leverage advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to identify, investigate, and respond to anomalous behaviors and cyber threats in real time, going beyond the reliance on predefined rules or signatures.

 Scope of Services

The solution must support autonomous threat detection and response across up to 2,500 devices.

The solution must include hardware for use of included software.

Additional training services to be included.

Proposals should include the following (proposals that don’t include the following may not be considered):

1. Include all line items requested
2. A detailed cost proposal.
3. Certification regarding NYS Executive Order No. 16. All bidders must complete and submit the certification found in the link below.

Questions are due by July 9, 2025, at 5:00 pm eastern time.  Email questions to the primary designated contact identified below, with a copy to the secondary contact. Answers to all questions received will be provided on approximately July 11, 2025.

Proposals are due by July 18, 2025, at 5:00 pm eastern time. Proposals may be submitted electronically or by hard copy. If submitting electronically, please do not submit your proposal as a zip file and do not password-protect your proposal.

Contract Award

The State University of New York intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000.  A sealed bid opening will not be held.  There is no RFP or IFB.  Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the designated contacts identified below.  SUNY will make no reimbursement for travel or travel-related expenses.  The University reserves the right to make no award.
