Texting Platform that Allows the College to send texts to prospective and current students

The City University of New York on behalf of Lehman College (the “College”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Texting Platform that Allows the College to send texts to prospective and current students. Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Articles 15-A (MWBE) of the New York State Executive Law.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
