Academic B Dean's Suite Renovation - Plumbing/Fire Protection

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor for the plumbing/fire protection portion of this project which is to renovate approximately 7,920 square feet of the third floor of the Academic B building for the relocation of the School of Managment Dean's Suite.

The Fire Protection scope of work includes but is not limited to removal of existing sprinkler heads.  Provide new sprinkler heads and distribution piping as necessary for new layout.  Sprinkler k shall be in accordance to NFPA 13 requirements.  The Plumbing scope of work includes removal of existing plumbing fixtures.  Provide new plumbing fixtures and any associated piping per new layout.  

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday April 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM in conference room C of the physical facilities building.  Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions.
