Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) and the respective affiliates and subsidiaries is now inviting bids for the above-mentioned Inquiry. Bidder is required to provide to provide firm, fixed pricing for Professional Services for P1 Incident Management and Problem Management (Optional). The term of the contract shall be for 5 Years. The contract requires the vendor with incident management expertise to manage the end-to-end process of providing a resolution or workaround to reinstate service as quickly as possible, minimizing downtime, streamlining restoration of services, and communicating clearly and consistently to MTA stakeholders.
