Purchase and Delivery of Aquatic Plant Harvesters

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery two aquatic plant harvesters. These are to be used for the removal of water chestnut and other invasive aquatic plants with floating or submersed leaves. The mechanical harvesting of aquatic plants is effectively used to reduce invasive plant population sizes.
