Financial Organization (Trustee) Services for Length of Service Award Programs

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) #0010, the Office of the State Comptroller (“OSC”) of the State of New York (the “State”) seeks to obtain proposals from financial organizations to serve as Trustee for the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Length of Service Award Programs (“LOSAP”) for volunteer ambulance workers and volunteer firefighters. Another RFP (RFP0011) was issued to obtain the services of a Program Administrator for these programs for the same term as this RFP.
