Heavy Equipment RentalDescription: The New York State (“NYS”) Office of General Services (“OGS”), Procurement Services seeks to establish new Back-Drop contracts for the rental of Heavy Equipment, as defined in the Contract Scope and Contracts shall be for the Contractor’s complete Product Line.
