The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Business Services Center (BSC), on behalf of NYS Department of Environmental Conservation is accepting bids for two types of All Terrain Vehicles for delivery to Saratoga Springs, New York. As a result of this Invitation for Bids (IFB), NYS DEC intends to make a one-time purchase.
