HOLIDAY DECORATION

RIOC seeks a vendor to provide and install commercial grade LED lighting, wreaths, decorative structures and garland for selected trees, hedges, building columns, lampposts, and other areas on the island as outlined below. The seasonal project period is approximately 90 calendar days and is anticipated that project services will commence in the latter half of November, with services ending mid-January, after Three Kings Day. Eligible firms shall be responsible for providing services including but not limited to the following:

Decoration locations 

1. Good Shepherd Plaza
   1. Metal Santa Sleigh with 2 Reindeer or similar
   2. 3 lamp posts with warm white LED garland finished with 2x 18’’ red bows
   3. 11’x5’ warm white and green LED Gift Sack or similar
   4. 6’ Cool White Ornament with warm white reindeer or similar

2. Meditation Lawn across from Blackwell House ( Main Tree location)
   10. 24’ Majestic Mountain Pine Tree with 10.550 multicolored LED bulbs or similar
   11. 36’’ warm white starburst tree topper
   12. 4x Presents 18’’,  24’’, 36’’

3. 1. Large Ornaments with platform or similar
   2. Warm white LED garland around

 Main Street Corridor including Lamppost along main street (12 light posts and 16 columns )

4. 1. 12 light posts wrapped in 14’’ LED garland with 12’’ bow at top
   2. 16 Columns wrapped in garland with 18’’ bow at top
