It is the intent of the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, Division of Industries, to establish a contract to procure Green Work Shirts, per the detailed specifications below:

Packaging requirements:
- Work Shirts shall be boxed by size.
- 5 dozen per box.
- The description, size, item code, and quantity shall be clearly indicated on the box.

www.corcraft.ny.gov, click on Vendor/Bidding Info., and Register
for the Bid Notification and follow the instructions.
