Roof Top Unit

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to procure a contractor to dispose of the existing 40 Ton HVAC roof top unit, and furnish, install, and start-up a turnkey modern replacement for the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located at 79-25 Winchester Blvd. Queens Village, NY 11427. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) attached.

Optional Pre-bid Conference and Site Visit is Monday, April 5, 2021 @ 10:00 A.M.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office/Permissible Contacts of the IFB by Monday, April 12, 2021 @ 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Monday, April 19, 2021
