Stony Brook University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all labor (billable for hours worked only, bid labor rate is all inclusive of travel time), equipment, materials and services necessary to provide the complete heating, air conditioning, humidifying, and dehumidification systems within the Division of Information Technology located at SUNY at Stony Brook University and Hospital, Stony Brook, NY 11794, services, as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 23/24-001MC and Exhibits.

THERE WILL BE A ONE TIME MANDATORY BIDDERS CONFERENCE ON APRIL 18, 2024, AT 11:00 A.M. (SHARP) IN THE PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT CONFERENCE ROOM, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT PARK, RESEARCH & SUPPORT SERVICES (RSS).  ONLY THOSE VENDORS WHO ARE IN ATTENDANCE WHEN THE CONFERENCE ROOM DOOR CLOSES WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
