Parking spacesDescription: SUNY Upstate Medical University has the need to lease approximately 85 parking spaces preferably within 1 mile of Upstate’s downtown campus located at 750 East Adams Street (zip code 13210). Preference will be given to sites close to or on current SUNY Upstate shuttle routes. Site must be available by First Quarter of 2026, with a term of 2-5 years. Proposals must be for at least 85 spaces or more, and ready for use to be submitted. The site must be available 12 months out of the year, Monday through Friday, hours to be determined. The site must be surfaced with stripping, entirely fenced in, have provision of lighting and a guard shack. Guard shack to be currently available or available by start of contract. Site/surface maintenance, inclusive of snow removal shall be supplied by the landlord. Multiple contracts (leases) may be the result of fulfilling the required quantity of parking spaces. All available information is listed above. There are no other additional specifications or documents. In accordance with New York State (“NYS”) Lobbying Law §139 requirements, effective immediately, this procurement is in a “Restricted Procurement Period.” This restriction period will be in effect until an award for this product and/or service has been fully executed. As this procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 -j & - k, also referred to as the Lobbying Law, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed in the advertisement and in the RFP document. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from doing business with other NYS agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and New York State’s Tax Law Section 5-a.
