Multi-Purpose Paper-Cooperative

 The County of Rockland, a member of the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance, is requesting proposals for multi-purpose paper.

 Cooperative contracting offers participating entities and suppliers enhanced administrative efficiency and the benefit of collective purchasing power, leading to overall cost savings. In some cases, Rockland County collaborates with other counties and local governments to merge the purchasing volume of their members into a single solicitation and contract, thereby broadening the potential customer base for contracted suppliers.

The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
