NOTE: When entering the size on the FOOD bid sheet, only enter a numerical amount to allow the formula to calculate.

Please refer to page 4 for the list of required documents needed for submission. It is imperative that your packet contains all of the required documents to avoid delays in submission to NYS OSC.
