Description:

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a 5-year contract to procure a contractor to provide Physical Therapy Services for the St. Lawrence Psychiatric center located at 1 Chimney Point Dr., Ogdensburg, NY 13669. Details are specified in the Scope of Work and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) document.

A MANDATORY Site Visit is scheduled for: Thursday, September 9th, 2021 at 11:00 AM EST SHARP
