Hinman Bathroom Refurbishment

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform refurbishment of shower/surrounds and refinish terrazzo shower pans in 38 showers in the Hinman Dormitory Complex.  Shower are approximately 3'x3'x3'x6'7" with terrazzo like shower bases.

Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained from the campus at the above examination location, or Binghamton University’s Physical Facilities Department, 4400 Vestal Parkway East, Binghamton, NY 13902. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $49.00 made payable to Binghamton University is required. Failure to meet the deposit requirement to receive the bid documents from the appropriate source will deem the bidder’s submission as non-responsive. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable.
